Locate your original invoice (warranty) and the components original packaging materials.

After you receive your RMA number from IRD, ship your audio component freight prepaid to:

Our Sales, Distribution and Service Center in Charlotte, NC or our factory in Thailand will repair your audio component and have it on it's way back to you in just 2-3 business days (most cases).

Repair work is performed at a special low rate of $25 hr + parts. Service is available for all IRD audio component owners no matter if your the original owner or if you purchased your component used.

Please return your audio component in all it's original packaging material, when possible, to avoid damage.

An IRD return material authorization (RMA) number must be clearly visible on your shipping label. Shipments without an authorize RMA number will not be accepted at our service centers.

You are responsible for shipping charges to and from the service center. Shipments sent freight collect can not and will not be accepted.

Service quotes are  sent for your approval before work is performed. We like to make our profits on component sales not repairs. Service is part of our customer satisfaction equation and will normally be much less than expected.

CAUTION : Use of unauthorized service or performing component modifications may void your warranty.
